I started at Vienna Far East (1987) Co., Ltd. at the beginning of this year. The job came with a house in the same Soi (side street) and a company car. Since we've been living here life has constantly been improving. We've also given birthday parties for family members and friends. Three days ago our house was again the centre of a music video of our friend's band 'Hua Lampong'. It is just great to have the space for such occassions. It is also good to have a place where people feel at home. Here are some pictures of the parties at our house in the middle of the street. 1. Birthday Party 'Yoh" It all starts with a birthday cake... The lights are turned off and the candles are lit. All light comes from the candles. She was really surprised as her birthday was going to be in two days. It was weekend so we celebrated ahead of time. Her birthday also coincided with Kim's and Ruth's visit to Southeast Asia and to our place. I just found those pictures......

After the wedding was over and things got more relaxed. Casual clothes and one trip to Nakhon Srithammarat later... This is Sao's Aunty with Tobi. She's really sweet. Took care of my mom all the time. She's the kind of lovely old lady who you will always remember. We're on the way to some caves. This is real nature. There is no, absolutely no light inside. The only thing they're used for is by the monks to pray and for the locals to 'chill out'. Amazing athmosphere inside. Yes, men can hug as well... That's about as dark as it was inside the cave. We had one Flashlight and I turned my mobile phone on camera mode to use the flashlight to at least see where we're walking. All we could see was within the beam of the flashlight. The more revealing the pictures turned out afterwards as we didn't see any of the colours before... This is a holy pool.
